Q: My dog is sick can my dog still come to class?

A: Please leave your sick pup at home. You are welcome to still come to class to take notes.

Q: I want my dog to be a therapy dog what can I do?

Q: What are your policies on refunds & reschedules?

A: Refunds and reschedules for classes and consultations are only available if requested 72

hours before the first class.

Q: How many people can attend classes?

A: Currently we are only allowing 2 adults (18 years +) per household to attend class. No more than 6 pups in the class.

​

Q: How long are your classes?

A: Our classes are 6 weeks course once a week for 1 hour.

​

Q: Which class is the best for my dog that is reactive to other dogs on leash?

A: Our Bark & Lunge Club or Private lesson (Consultation)

Q: I have 2 litter mates or resident dogs can I take both to class?

A: It's best to for them to attend separate classes due to not being able to focus in class and one setting the other off.

Q: At what age should my pup take a CGC Class.

A: Age 2 years and up.

​

Q: If I miss a class can, I make it up?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer make up classes. You can email your instructor to let them know that you will be missing class and ask to see them 10 minutes before your next class starts.

Q: Where do classes take place?

A: Our Bark & Lunge Club will take place at 12 Airport Blvd. San Mateo. All other classes will be at 1450 Rollins Rd. Burlingame
